Local Professional Activities
The Information Management Journal is recognized as the leading professional journal of the records and information management industry. The Information Management Journal is filled with articles and information on the latest trends, observations, and case studies that affect the industry, business, government, and other entities that rely on accurate and reliable information resources.

ARMA Houston has a local job placement service on its
website. ARMA International Web also has a job placement service on their site

ARMA's annual four (4) day conference brings together information managers from all corners of the globe. The latest technology is displayed and the most recent events that affect information are discussed. There are numerous opportunities to participate in committees
charged with promoting the records and information management profession,
determining programs, editing and writing chapter newsletters, presenting
awards, reaching out to the community and enhancing professional standards at
the local Chapter level and international level. Your opportunity for
development begins with ARMA membership.
To join ARMA International, the basic membership is$175 per year.Retired members maintain their ARMA International membership for $25 per year. Belonging to the ARMA Houston Chapter is an additional $50 per year.
